A Non-Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitor is a drug which inhibits the action of HIV's reverse%20transcriptase">reverse transcriptase enzyme - except that it doesn't do it by the nucleoside-mimicking action of inhibitors like AZT or tenofovir.
